On the evening of November 19, 2024, the 79th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam was solemnly held at the Embassy of Vietnam in Tokyo. The event was attended by more than 500 guests representing Japanese government agencies, international diplomatic delegations, and the Vietnamese community.

We are proud to have been chosen by the Embassy of Vietnam as the representative Vietnamese food brand, bringing a banh mi buffet to guests at the gala dinner after the ceremony. Each flavor, every banh mi loaf was prepared with care and friendliness, wishing to spark cultural connections between Vietnam and Japan.

Served in the diplomatic setting of the Embassy, Vietnamese banh mi became more than just a dish—it became a bridge. International friends discovered new flavors, Vietnamese people in Japan revisited their memories, and Banh Mi Xin Chao quietly stood as a cultural connector—thoughtful, sincere, and understated.

We thank the Embassy of Vietnam in Japan for kindly selecting our brand to represent Vietnamese cuisine. Every time we attend a special event, our journey to spread Vietnamese values marks a new milestone—not as grand achievements, but as small, meaningful moments that quietly reverberate far and wide.

The taste of banh mi that night, like the spirit of the Vietnamese people: simple, steadfast, and resilient—continuing to connect our community and Japanese friends.
