Inspired by the theme "Water connects the two cultures", this year's festival brings together Funabashi, a city whose name comes from "boats lined up to form a bridge", and the river culture of Vietnam.
The event promises a multi-sensory experience featuring food, music, art, and exciting activities like a macho contest and a beauty pageant.
